1st Lieutenant Guv G C Murmu receives ‘guard of honour’

Srinagar, Nov 04: The newly appointed Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, Girish Chandra Murmu received 'guard of honour' at the secretariat on Monday, following the 'Darbar Move' under which J&K government functions for six months each in the twin capitals, in Srinagar and Jammu.
